Green Lymph Boosting Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is full of ingredients to improve lymphatic circulation. We love having one of these smoothies after Emma’s lymphatic treatments to enhance the affects of the massage!


  • 1 Banana
  •  1 Cup Berries
  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1 Cup Kale
  •  3/4 Cup Coconut Water
  •  1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  •  1tsp Hemp Seeds
  •  1 tsp Spirulina Powder

This will make a thick smoothie. If you desire a thinner consistency for your smoothie, add more coconut water.
