Anti-inflammatory caramel smoothie

This amazing therapeutic smoothie is filled with fibre, anti-inflammatory nutrients, digestive enzymes, gut healing nutrients, essential fatty acids and protein.

 1 cup of papaya
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon of freshly grated turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon of mesquite powder*
1 small handful of cashews
1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
1 cup of almond milk OR coconut milk
